Mr. Blum has served both as a court-appointed arbitrator and a judge pro tem, and frequently serves as a private mediator, assisting other attorneys and their clients in the settlement of their cases. As a mediator, his areas of specialty include both real estate and business disputes.

I am committed to deliver the highest quality of service and to achieve the best of all possible results for my clients. This is based on over 40 years of litigation experience, which allows me to manage my cases efficiently and effectively.

I believe that unless costs are contained through careful planning, strategies and execution, litigation can escalate into an expensive, unnecessary battle of egos and pocketbooks. My goal is to make the process work for my clients, not against them.
