MEDIATION

In addition to her training and experience as a lawyer, Ms. Fisher has received specialized training to be a certified civil mediator.

Mediation is a non-adversarial problem-solving process.  It allows the parties to a dispute to work together toward resolution outside of the courtroom. A neutral third party, the mediator, facilitates open communication between the parties in an attempt to achieve a mutually acceptable agreement. Mediation can be very beneficial because it normally minimizes the time and expense involved in resolving the dispute.  An additional advantage of the mediation process is that the parties to the dispute retain control over how the dispute is resolved. If the parties cannot reach an acceptable agreement, then neither party is bound to the mediation process, and the matter can proceed to trial.

Gail M. Fisher prides herself on her integrity and thoughtful representation, regardless if she is providing legal counsel or serving as a neutral mediator.  Gail Fisher is dedicated to providing thorough, experienced and quality services.
