Judge Jordan has almost 26 years of judicial service in a court of unlimited jurisdiction.   

Current Fees and Cancellation Policy


Study, conference, and session time is billed at $325 per hour (in increments of 15 minutes or less). Reimbursement is billed for expenses actually incurred including mileage at IRS rate, tolls, train fare, airplane fare, hotel charges, meals, cabs, etc. with receipts supplied for intercity trains and airplanes and hotels. Cancelllation fee is $700 per day of scheduled hearings within 30 days; $800 per day of scheduled hearings within 14 days, $950 per day of scheduled hearings within 72 hours. Cancellation notice is sufficient if received by telephone or e-mail.
