QUALIFICATIONS

Stanley Kiszkiel is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law.  He also has an "av" rating in Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating available.  Mr. Kiszkiel, who graduated from Villanova University in 1968, graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1975.  Mr. Kiszkiel has spent his entire career in the area of labor and employment law, representing employers and employees.  This includes  eight years with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Office of Legal Counsel in Washington, D.C.; eight years in the EEOC's Miami District Office, where he served as the Regional Attorney; and 10 years in private practice before forming his own firm.  Mr. Kiszkiel is also a Florida Supreme Court certified civil circuit mediator.

Mr. Kiszkiel specializes in labor and employment law. This includes claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) (unpaid wages, overtime and minimum wages); claims of discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), and the Florida Civil Rights Act (race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability discrimination or harassment); claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); and claims under the Equal Pay Act (EPA).  Mr. Kiszkiel is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator
