FOUR SECRETS THAT MAKE FOR A BETTER DIVORCE !

Some Secrets for a successful divorce, each one making for a peaceful settlement:

One is one or more of shared or mutual interests; we will work with you to find & define them.

A second is having some knowledge of the family’s financial and other circumstances; we help you gather and understand your facts and data, and then guide you to begin making informed choices.

Third, each of the divorce partners wants to tell about their goals and concerns; the gender neutral Glasser Mediation Service provides a safe and confidential setting.  Each of a divorcing couple can say what is in his and her mind and heart.

And if you realize that there may be one or more complex or difficult issues to face, and that it is better that you decide for yourselves what is best; we will help you define them, and work       with you to find how you can best resolve them.

Some Examples:

A shared interest of many divorce partners is sparing their children from the emotional devastation and painful fall out from warring parents.

Another common interest and reason to choose divorce mediation is preserving financial integrity, and maintaining a private and confidential resolution of their divorce.

The divorce partners have some knowledge about their finances and expect the data will be laid out, fully digested, and explained, and sufficiently understood  so each can  make informed and successful settlement choices.

Willingness to communicate concerns, and goals, plus asking questions demonstrates participation in the mediation problem solving process.  Mediation can handle the most complex of issues.  And as felt needed, the divorcing partners may have forensic or other experts help them define their choices, explain their consequences, and assist them in their decision making.

How it works:  At your orientation session, the Glasser Mediation team will ask about your facts, feelings, issues and concerns.  You will see how mediation works as soon as we begin to discuss the content of your particular case.

We warrant:    If you choose mediation with us, do your homework, and make good faith efforts towards creating mutually satisfactory outcomes, we guarantee you can ultimately reach a settlement that works.  If after four sessions, you do not reach settlement, 100% of your retainer deposit for legal work is refunded to you.  That is how confident we are in what we can do for you.
