Anne Chestney Mudd, BA, MA, JD, Principal
Anne Chestney Mudd graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School, where she was on Law Review. In addition, she holds a master's degree with honors from the University of Louisville.
She received training in mediation from Pepperdine University School of Law and the College of DuPage. Anne also served as a mediation intern with Margaret S. Powers, an internationally-known mediator and trainer of mediators.
I am an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School, teaching Family Law Mediation, Transnational Negotiation and Mediation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
I also serve my professional community as a trainer for Collaborative Law Basic Training.
Prior to embarking on a law career, Anne succeeded in education, retail ownership, and real estate, as well as serving on boards of civic and government organizations while raising her three sons.
She brings to the profession of law a hands-on understanding of the issues that affect people. Leveraging that understanding allows her to negotiate common ground and build workable solutions.
