S. Bruce Hiran was born in Bangkok, Thailand and became naturalized U.S. citizen. Mr. Hiran is a civil litigation attorney and a bail bond surety with law offices and affiliated law offices in Bangkok, Thailand, Los Angeles, California, Houston, Texas and Washington, D.C. Mr. Hiran has represented large number of multinational corporations in various legal capacities ranging from startups ventures, state & local tax audits and compliance, business formation, tax disputes, legal compliance, trademark, copyright, manufacturing, financing, textile, fashion product lines, and agricultural products. He focuses his representation in the area of USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture) regulation compliance associated with frozen foods import and export as well as trademark and copyright compliance under USPTO (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of U.S. Department of Commerce). Mr. Hiran has represented business clients in Thailand conducting business in Burma, Laos, and Cambodia. His other relevant experience also includes representation of high profile Thai national defendants in U.S. civil and criminal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Hiran is licensed to structure bail surety collateral using real and personal property located in Thailand.

Mr. Hiran has served as Special Counsel to the Government of Thailand under the Ministry of Public Health in Tobacco Litigation cases. In Houston, Texas, he serves as the General Counsel to Thai Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for Harris County Civil District Courts and Probate Courts. He is the founder and owner of Bellaire Bail Bonds conducting business in the Houston area in all aspects of bail bonding services including felonies, misdemeanors, municipal, and Justice of the Peace bail bonds. Mr. Hiran is fully licensed as a bail bond surety agent in Harris County, Texas and has earned the Certified Bail Agent (CBA) certification from the Professional Bail Agents Association of the United States (PBUS).

As a Texas and District of Columbia licensed attorney, Mr. Hiran is also a litigation attorney in the U.S. and Southeast Asia where his practice is concentrated primarily in business dispute, import and export controls law, intellectual property, personal injury, and insurance litigation as well as criminal defense litigation. He has also served as Attorney Ad Litem and Mediator for Harris County Civil District Courts. Throughout his career, Mr. Hiran has participated as trial counsel in cases involving a wide spectrum of civil and criminal litigation in the U.S. and Thailand. He has also served as a special prosecutor in Tom Green County, Texas.

Bruce Hiran earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston, College of Social Science where he was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society for Economists and also served as Teaching Assistant in Economics and Statistics, Master of Arts degree in Economics from California State University at Los Angeles, Graduate School of Business where he was a member of the International Honor Society for Economists and also served as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Economics and Statistics, Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at San Francisco, Hastings College of Law where he was a Research Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and a participant in the Snordgrass Moot Court and Advance Trial Advocacy Competition, LLM in Taxation degree from the University of Houston Law Center where he was a Research Assistant for the Consumer Law Program focusing on Tax Controversy.
