Charlie honed his mediation skills as an advocate, refined those skills at the Harvard Negotiation Institute Mediation Workshop and now applies his broad base of legal experience as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit mediator. Charlie graduated from the Creative Writing Program in the Department of English at Florida State University and has continued to study the art of writing throughout his life.  Charlie graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987.  After law school, Charlie served for 2 years as law clerk for the Honorable Wm.
