Constance d’Angelis is an author, speaker, mediator, arbitrator and attorney. She is a member of The Florida Bar, earning her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, Pre-Medical curriculum, cum laude from the University of Toledo.

Constance d’Angelis, Esq. has been a member of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and The Florida Bar since 1983. She has practiced debtor/creditors’ rights law in both the Florida State Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts since being admitted to the Bar. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, specifically certified in mortgage foreclosure mediations, and a Florida Qualified Arbitrator. She was an arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) from the mid 80’s until 2013. She has substantial experience in right-to-die issues. Currently, she is a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar and Hillsborough Bar associations.
