David A. Bryant, Jr. is a 1988 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1992. During law school, he was a Member of the South Texas Law Review, Phi Delta Phi and Order of the Lytae. Mr. Bryant was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in May 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, the United States District Court, North Dakota and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Federal Pro Hac Vice admissions include the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. State Bar Association Pro Hac Vice admissions include Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.  David A. Bryant, Jr. has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1999.

Mr. Bryant's  28 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts includes over one-thousand serious personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, medical malpractice, products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, asbestos claims, commercial and employment law disputes and litigation, civil rights and EEOC litigation, federal overtime litigation, probate litigation, governmental entity litigation, commercial arbitration and patent and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation. Significant appellate experience includes argument before the First Court of Appeals in the reported cases, including Country Village Homes, Inc. v. Patterson, 236 S.W.3d 413 (Tex. App. 2007) and the misappropriation of trade secrets case of Baker Hughes v. KECO R&D; 12 S.W.3d 1 (Tex. 1999) decided by the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Bryant was hired by John Q’Quinn to serve as a litigation team leader for Fen-Phen cases in Philadelphia for and was involved in Risperdal litigation with Michael W. Perrin in Louisiana in 2012. Mr. Bryant also managed several litigation teams involved in oil and gas royalty litigation in Oklahoma. Representative corporate clients include DFS Worldwide, LLC (logistics), IDE, Inc.
