James F. Page, Jr. was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator in Circuit Civil on January 19, 2001, and Family Law on December 1, 2000.

He is approved as a certified mediator by the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Page was an Orlando based trial lawyer from April 24, 1972 until he began full time mediation on March 30, 2003. In August, 2012, Jim was certified as an electronic discovery specialist by the Association of Certified Electronic Discovery Specialists after a four hour certification examination. 

Mr. Page is an Orlando based mediator. His hourly rate is $425 for normal non electronic discovery mediations. His rate for electronic discovery matters is $750 per hour or is set by the requirements of the engagement.

Mr. Page devotes substantial time and money to continuing education for the benefit of the mediating lawyers and the parties as well as himself. He kept this website up to date with courses he had taken until his stroke in Sept. 2009 and is beginning to update it again since his return to work in mediation in Sept. 2011.
