CJAM is a private, non-profit dedicated to providing an efficient alternative for resolving conflict and promoting restorative justice.
•Promoted from Lead Facilitator, January, 2019 having facilitated over 75 restorative justice and community mediation cases. Restorative justice cases include those within the Shoplifting Theft Education Program (STEP) and the Victim-Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP).
•Led revision and reformat of STEP curriculum to simplify and streamline content.
•Interviewed CJAM practice leaders and experts to document and reconcile process flows for three programs (STEP, VORP, and Community Mediation).
