Jeffrey M. Miller

Jeff is a mediator, co-mediator and partner of the Mediation and Dispute Resolution, LLC. He did his undergraduate work at Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana and has a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration. He received his LL.M. in Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Liverpool School of Law in Liverpool England. Jeff has certificates for Family, Divorce, Civil/Commercial and Employment mediation and has successfully completed the 64 hours of training based on the training guidelines set forth by the Oklahoma District Court Mediation Act in these areas.

Jeff has taught at the college level and has forty-years of executive experience, which includes business, government and non-profit organizations.

Jeff has been married to his wife Cindy for forty years, who is also a partner with the Mediation and Dispute Resolution, LLC. They have one daughter Jamie Miller, Esq. who owns the J. Miller Law Firm, PLLC and is also a partner of the Mediation and Dispute Resolution, LLC. The Millers offer the unique service of having a male/female mediation teams in all the mediation areas.

Going through the mediation process can also provide individuals with the tools and skills needed to solve future conflicts on their own. Mediation and Dispute Resolution, LLC also offers the unique service of co-mediation to our clients, providing male/female mediator teams that can be extremely beneficial in a number of ways including potential cost savings due to a faster and more efficient mediation process, while at the same time providing the expertise and experience of two mediators for the price of one. The mediation process is voluntary, confidential and the parties make all decisions through a clear understanding of all the implications of their decisions. Our objective is to help our clients find common ground that lead to reaching win/win solutions and agreements keeping the decision making in their hands, whereas the legal system can often lead to an extremely costly win/lose situation with the decisions made for you and your family by the court.
