Since 1988 I have been located in Volusia County practicing in the civil tort area of law as a Daytona, Florida Defense Attorney in the Circuit Courts throughout Central Florida. My litigation experience includes premises liability (both commercial and residential), auto liability (including trucking and vehicles-for-hire), animal/equine liability and contract disputes. I also currently offer services as a Circuit Court Mediator along with Elder Care legal services such as Wills, Living Wills, Health Care Surrogate and Trust documents along with Probate litigation.

Sometimes people are so close to or so invested in their particular problem or issue that it is difficult to understand much less appreciate what may be a reasonable viewpoint of an opposing party.  Resorting to a trial of their issue takes the control away from the parties involved and puts it in the hands of jurors who are strangers to the parties.  Mediation leaves the control of the resolution in the hands of those who know the issues best.  When reasonable people come together for open conversation about their issues, the majority of the time, with the help of a neutral, skilled mediator, they can find a reasonable solution to their differences.   My goal as a Daytona, Florida Circuit Court Mediator is to help facilitate open discussions so that parties may, themselves, find amicable resolutions to their
