Since 1986 Gordon McHaney has advocated for clients and helped resolve their disputes regardless of whether they are defending claims or pursuing remedies. His practice has earned him clients from those he was previously adverse and accolades from his peers. Upon suggestions from his colleagues he began serving as a mediator in 2001 following specialized training.  He still represents clients daily in civil litigation, but increasingly his services are sought as a mediator.  His demeanor, experience and knowledge of litigation from both sides of the docket in a wide variety of areas uniquely positions him to effectively mediate civil disputes.
