As a boutique law firm, we provide the time honored personal service and attention to detail one would expect from their attorney. You are never shuffled to an assistant. Even though we are small in size, our opponents know we never surrender. We have taken on the largest of corporations, represented nationwide companies, and still have the time to devote to our individual clients.

"Torts" is a word used to describe injury to the person, whether it is injury to the body, death, or injury to reputation or civil rights. If you are the injured party, you have the burden of proof. You must not only prove you have been injured, but you must also prove that your injuries would not have occurred but for the negligence of the person you are suing.

While we fight till the end, we are professionals and do not compromise on ethics. If we discover your case is weak, we will inform you and your options. When we decide to take your case, we intend to take it to its just conclusion, whether that is settlement, trial, or appeal.

Examples of our success include referrals from clients we have not seen in over 20 years. In one case, we appeared before the Florida Supreme Court twice during 10 years of litigation. For the first time, the court ruled that both parents had the right to claim damages for the death of a viable fetus. On the second visit to the Supreme Court, the definition of the statute of limitations in medical malpractice matters was changed to a more reasonable standard. In another infamous case, we sued Scientology for wrongful death, receiving worldwide media coverage. After 7 years of grueling litigation, that case settled.

If you have a viable tort claim, insurance claim, or business dispute, we can help.
