About Attorney Summary Office Information

Kevin Steinacker has practiced law in Pierce County since 2004. He has extensive experience with real estate, landlord/tenant, probates, contracts, business disputes, and many other areas of law. He has been an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law. He is a contributing author to the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual and wrote two chapters in the Lexis Nexis Practice Guide for real estate litigation in Washington. Kevin has also presented at continuing legal education seminars on probate and LLC issues.

Mediation

During mediation, parties may argue over the interpretation of a contract or fair compensation for damage to property. The mediator works with them to forge an agreement. He does not impose a result or decide who is right, but rather helps the parties reach a compromise.
