Over the past 23 years, I have represented large and small businesses as well as individuals in a broad variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, oil & gas, negligence, fraud and product liability matters in state and federal courts through trial and appeal.
While each case involves its own unique facts and circumstances, my experience has given me the practical judgment required to distill complicated factual and technical information into a comprehensible story to present to judges and juries alike. I strive to represent each client in the most efficient and cost-effective manner to achieve the client’s goals.
I am a Certified Mediator for both Civil and Family Law cases. I offer professional mediation services to individuals, organizations and parties involved in all types of civil and family disputes, including those related to contracts, commercial and business disputes, real estate and property disputes, personal injury, insurance disputes, divorce, child custody and visitation, child support and property division cases. I strive to understand the facts, issues and applicable law each case presents in an effort to afford all parties an efficient resolution to their dispute.
