Mark S. Feluren practices in the area of corporate law and business transactions. For more than 40 years, Mr. Feluren has focused his practice on commercial transactions and entity structure and governance. Specifically, his practice included mergers and acquisitions of public corporations, private companies and joint ventures/partnerships, commercial leasing matters, consideration of issues related to regulatory reporting requirements, the preparation of agreements and the documentation of complex transactions, employment matters, director and officer indemnification and liability issues, and financial disputes. His representations included national and regional underwriters and investment bankers, and acting as special counsel to corporate and other entities and their principals.

Mr. Feluren is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator focusing on contract, business, member and shareholder, business services, transaction, and acquisition disputes and entity governance matters. Mr. Feluren has been selected for the Super Lawyers listing and has been named on multiple occasions as one of the “Best of the Bar” by the South Florida Business Journal, as a “Top Lawyer” by the South Florida Legal Guide and as one of the “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine.

Mr. Feluren is a member of The Florida Bar and also licensed to practice in New York and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Feluren received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Siena College, magna cum laude.

Prior representations include national and regional underwriters and investment bankers, various entities or parties either acquiring businesses or divesting business interests and as general counsel to corporate and other entities and the principals thereof.
