Mr. Levine was admitted to practice law in Florida n 1978 following graduation from the Florida State University, College of Law. His law degree was preceded by a Master of Science Degree from Florida State University, with a concentration on constitutional law, cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He has been in active practice since his admission and is admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.


Mr. Levine’s practice is focused on multi-jurisdictional matters in the areas of litigation, commercial law, transactional work, administrative law and acquisitions and mergers. He has been involved either as trial counsel or corporate counsel in matters that were litigated in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Idaho, California, Washington, D.C., Missouri, Kentucky and Oregon. He has significant involvement nationwide in the issue of licensing of non-resident title agents, and the acquisition of title services and affiliated business. He is also available through The Florida Bar to lawyers who have questions about matters related to his areas of expertise. Mr. Levine takes his community commitment and involvement very seriously. He was the youngest member appointed to the Florida Commission on Ethics and served as its youngest Chairman. During his Chairmanship he handled a record number of matters as an administrative law judge. He served as a member of the Florida Student Financial Assistance Commission and has been legal counsel and member of the Executive Board for the Boy Scouts of America. He was Chairman of the Board of the Disc Village Development Board, and in 1984 was named one of Florida’s five outstanding young men. He also has served as Chairman of the Council of 100 for the University of South Florida and for ten years was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Alumni Association. His involvement in his community also includes being a member of the Board of Trustees for the Tallahassee Ballet and assisting other local charitable organizations. He has had significant involvement in a number of political campaigns ranging from presidential to local races. He has 3 children and though his practice carries him around the country, enjoys living in Tallahassee, Florida.
