  Mediation

Defeating the adversary is the goal when disputes first arise. However, litigants soon recognize that prevailing in litigation   requires great personal and financial investment, some or all of which may never be recovered. These real burdens often lead to the exploration of alternative dispute resolution.

Recognizing that the best result is often achieved through agreement, Ms. Aliotti has volunteered as an arbitrator, mediator, and settlement judge for local courts since the late 1990's. She has also served as a privately-hired mediator and arbitrator since 2000. Through the combined efforts of the parties and counsel with whom she has worked in this capacity, she has facilitated the settlement of nearly 100 cases. In furtherance of her commitment to helping parties find the most satisfying resolution to their problems, in 2010 she participated in post-graduate training in Advanced Mediation through the world-recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.

Please contact the firm for additional information and specific inquiries regarding dispute resolution services.
