The Law Offices of Paul J. Steiner has been representing clients in the San Francisco Bay Area with their personal and business law needs, including contract, tort and general civil litigation matters for more than 45 years.  His practice combines good judgment, substantial experience and dedication to obtain excellent results. Paul Steiner is available as a mediation arbitrator to help efficiently and effectively resolve disputes.

The majority of his practice has been dedicated to serving individual and business clients with a broad range of services from contract disputes, torts from professional negligence to general consultations on business law matters.  He is also experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution as an advocate and a neutral.

He works with individuals, large and small businesses, as well as nonprofits in a variety of legal areas, including litigation, contracts, torts, including personal injury matters, collections and alternative dispute resolution.  Alternative dispute resolution is a process that utilizes mediation and collaborative law in a legal disagreement to facilitate discussions where both parties can come to an agreement without litigation.  This helps reduce court costs and allows both parties to have a say in the final outcome of a case.

Because of court congestion, alternative means of dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, judicial reference and other forms) are being used to handle various cases if suitable.  Paul Steiner is an experienced arbitrator, a trained mediator and has frequently used this experience to resolve disputes in an effective, cost efficient and timely manner as a trained mediator and as an arbitrator..
