Ms. Fischer has over 29 years of experience representing clients in family, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and corporate and banking matters.  She served as in-house counsel for two national banks and bank holding companies before opening her own practice.  Ms. Fischer is a Florida Supreme Court certified Family Law Mediator a member of the Collaborative Family Law Institute, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She mediates insurance matters for the Florida Department of Financial Services. Ms. Fischer is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
