Attorney Richard B. Rotz is a 1983 graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey. He was admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars in 1983, and served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page. He has practiced family law with the predecessor to and with Forkin, McShane, Manos & Rotz, P.A. since 1984.

Mr. Rotz is the former co-chair of the Camden County Bar Association Family Practice Committee. He is a founding member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inns of Court, where he has held the position of co-president and programming chair.

Mr. Rotz has lectured on behalf of the Camden County Bar Association on domestic topics, including the “Top 10 Most Frequently Asked Questions in Family Law.” He has also lectured on behalf of the National Business Institute Seminars and Lorman Educational Services on the topics of “Winning for Your Client” and “What You Need to Know About Child Abuse and Neglect Investigations in New Jersey.”

Mr. Rotz served on the Camden County Child Placement Review Board from 1995 to 2008, where he reviewed the appropriateness of out-of-home placement for abused and neglected children, pursuant to the statutory requirements for the care and placement of those children.
