I am Roland Turmaine and I have been providing Divorce Mediation services for 15 years. I enjoy working with clients in challenging times as well as good times. Effectively serving a couple’s needs brings me significant satisfaction. I am well organized and I excel at communicating, negotiating, and motivating. I have consistently helped Divorce Mediation clients maximize the benefits derived from the legal system in resolving disputes. I work as an impartial mediator to help divorcing couples develop a separation agreement that is then submitted to a judge for final approval.
I am a member of the North Shore Mediators Group as well as the Mediator Education and Support Group.
I sat as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for 10 years and am currently a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
I have also been practicing family law for 25+ years. I graduated cum laude from University of San Diego Law School and received an American Jurisprudence award from Bancroft Whitney.
