Scot Schwartzberg completed his 40 hours of mediation training from A. A. White Dispute Resolution Center in 2018 and is currently a Candidate for Credentialed Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. Scot brings a litigation perspective to the ADR process. For the past 30 years, Scot maintained an active practice handling civil matters with an emphasis on representation of Employers and Insurance Carriers . Scot has participated in hundreds of administrative trials and informal mediations regarding Workers' Compensation disputes and other employment related issues. Scot became Board Certified in Workers' Compensation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2004. Scot is now concentrating his practice on serving as a mediator in Fort Bend County and the surrounding Houston area, as well as working with his wife, Sallee Smyth, in her Family Law Appellate practice.
