If you are in a conflict without a solution in sight consider mediation.

Mediation is a confidential, consensual, non-binding process in which opposing parties attempt to settle their dispute through the aid of a neutral third party called a mediator. Mediators facilitate communication between the parties and find points of agreement. Mediators help disputants reach a fair and mutually satisfactory resolution to all or part of their dispute.

Mediation is a beautiful process. It is the only forum in which YOU have complete control over decision making.

Mediation can be initiated at any time in a conflict. It can be voluntary or compulsory if ordered by the court.
