Todd Silberman

General Counsel Mediations was formed as a result of conversations with numerous General Counsel and private practice attorneys centering around the need to have a mediator that not only understands business today, but understands the business involved in the mediation.

Todd has served as General Counsel working within many industries, including insurance, trucking, real estate, sports, and others, for nearly 20 years. In that time, he handled thousands of negotiations and disputes, including:

Personal injury matters
Employment claims
Commercial and contract disputes

Todd has referred to himself as a “Corporate Generalist” since his in-house role required him to handle all facets of business and law at any given time. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, South Texas College of Law, and has taken the Texas mediator training courses. He has served as chair of multiple boards, including the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas and is a certified official for USA Swimming.

Currently, Todd travels throughout the United States to assist with litigation and pre-litigation disputes and help bring them to resolution.
