Tom LoSavio is the firm’s managing shareholder. An attorney for over 40 years, he has tried over forty jury cases to verdict.
Mr. LoSavio earned his A.B. from Harvard College and his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.
From 1994 to 2000, he was a Faculty Member of the Hastings College of the Law, College of Advocacy, Business Litigation Institute which annually presented an intensive trial skills training program for commercial litigators. He is a former Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement attorney with over 40 years’ experience in business and commercial disputes.
In addition to Mr. LoSavio's experience in business and employment law disputes, he specializes in Federal and state administrative proceedings and Federal court jurisdiction. Mr. LoSavio has been a mediator and arbitrator in federal and state business disputes since 1978. He also serves as a FINRA arbitrator and most recently was the Chair of a panel of arbitrators that decided a $341 million claim.
