Bill C. Hammer Recognized as AV Preeminent Attorney

 

Mr. Hammer draws upon his expertise in alternative dispute resolution to assist clients

 

LAS VEGAS, NV, January 23, 2015, Attorney Bill C. Hammer with Hammer & Associates, Ltd. has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in law.

 

A full-time professional practitioner in alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Hammer assists clients with cases involving serious accident injuries, wrongful death, gaming disputes, pharmaceutical injury, construction design and defects, mechanics liens and priorities, business, commercial and corporate ownership, as well as shareholder disputes. An AV Preeminent Attorney for more than 14 years, Mr. Hammer is admitted to practice in Nevada, California Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming; the Federal District Courts of Nevada, California, and Texas; as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.

 

Mr. Hammer became interested in law after receiving an MBA from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in

1970. He later received a JD from The University of Houston Law Center, and has worked in the field of law for more than four decades. Recently inducted into Worldwide Registry, Mr. Hammer also maintains affiliation with the Nevada Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and American Bar Association. He attributes any degree of success in the practice of law to the fact that he enjoys helping people resolve problems effectively and with common sense understanding.

 

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Hammer has served as a Chief Deputy Criminal District Attorney for Clark County; Chief Deputy Attorney General, Short Trial Presiding Judge; Court Annexed mediator and arbitrator; Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge; and ADR professional in hundreds of cases since 1987. He was also appointed by the Clark County Commission as the initial chairperson of the Clark County Ethical Standards Committee, and is credited with authoring the first standards of suggested ethical conduct for Clark County employees. In the coming years, Mr. Hammer aspires to continue in his quest to provide all clients and parties with high quality legal services.
