Brian McMahon has lived in Palm Beach County his entire life, having been born and raised in North Palm Beach. After graduating from North Shore High School, he attended Florida State University. Upon graduating, he worked in retail for a couple years before deciding to attend law school. He attended St. Thomas University and graduated with honors.

Since graduating law school, Mr. McMahon has focused his practice on bankruptcy. He worked as a law clerk to bankruptcy judges for 8 years. In 1999, he decided to start his own practice so that he could better assist the people of Palm Beach and Broward County. For that last 10 years, Brian McMahon has represented individuals and businesses in bankruptcy.

Aside from practicing law, Mr. McMahon has been involved in his church and his community. He serves as a lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Jude Church in Boca Raton. He also has been involved with West Boca Youth Baseball for 9 years, serving as president from 2005-2008.

The Law Offices of Brian K. McMahon has existed for the past 12 years.  Brian McMahon started the law firm in 1999 after serving as a law clerk for bankruptcy judges for 8 previous years.  The goal of the law firm is to provide the best legal advice to its clients at a reasonable price.

The firm focuses primarily on bankruptcy law.  During his career, Mr. McMahon has represented individuals, business, banks and creditors.  Mr. McMahon predominantly represents individuals that may need bankruptcy.  He discusses with each client their financial situation and together, the client and the attorney decide what is best for the person.

Bankruptcy is not the only practice area of the firm.  The firm assists with loan modifications on homes.  The firm also defends collection and foreclosure actions.

Additionally, the firm does immigration law with primary emphasis on assisting with the process of obtaining residency and citizenship.
