Norton is a Certified Mediator in New Jersey, in civil, general equity and probate actions. He also serves on the Mediation Panel of the US District Court of New Jersey. His practice is based in insurance defense, Title 59 litigation, employment and civil rights matters both on state and federal level.


A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Norton is a published author on insurance and motor vehicle law. He has also been awarded the “AV Preeminent Attorney” designation by Martindale-Hubbell and was chosen as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the years 2012-2014. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York; the US District Court; the US Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; and the US Supreme Court.
