Harry practiced law as a solo general practitioner with an emphasis on real estate and contracts law from 1974 until he founded Fidelity Title Company, a title insurance agency, in 1987.
Harry is the former President of two Michigan bar associations and a former director of 17 years for Flagstar Bank. He tried many cases in the Michigan courts and argued several appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals; Michigan Supreme Court and the 6th Circuit Federal Appeals Court in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was lead counsel in a class action lawsuit appeal filed in the United States Supreme Court after ten years of litigation in the state courts.
From 1987 until 2006, Fidelity Title Company, a title insurance agency, insured over 8 Billion Dollars in commercial and residential transactions including by example the construction and the sale of the Grand Tower Office Building in Lansing to the State of Michigan for $43 Million Dollars. Fidelity also insured the rehabilitation of The Villages at Parkside located in Detroit, Michigan for $100 Million Dollars.
In 2006 Harry formed Fidelity Commercial Services LLC, now doing business as Land Title Insurance Services to provide: (i) title insurance services through its affiliated company- Title Connect LLC, a title insurance agent of First American Title Insurance Company and North American Title Insurance Company; and (ii) additional real estate services through his many professional contacts: Appraisal, Survey, Environmental Reports, Mortgage Foreclosures and Quiet Title Actions
