Jim is a Mediation & Arbitration Trainer and Lecturer. He has spoken on Mediation at numerous Seminars throughout Georgia and speaks on Ethics and Professionalism in Mediation to Attorneys and Insurance Adjusters, who receive Continuing Education Credits for attending.

Randy Lowery, educator/founder of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.
