June A. Mann is the founding member of Mann Law Firm PLLC.  June’s practice focuses on various aspects of bankruptcy in her representation of creditors, debtors, and trustees in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases.  The diversity of June’s experience in representing national financial institutions, many of the nation’s largest mortgage servicers, individual borrowers, bankruptcy trustees and her service on unsecured creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases, has provided June with a unique perspective and the ability to understand the concerns that are unique to the various vantage points of each party in the bankruptcy process. In addition to the foregoing, June serves as a mediator in civil and family law cases involving an expansive array of legal issues.

June is licensed to practice in all Texas federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  June is a certified mediator that has met the requirements of Chapter 154.052 (a) and (b) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and is credentialed by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
