Katy has been practicing law in the State of Nebraska since 2013.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2012.  She earned her bachelor of arts degree in English, Spanish, and Economics, cum laude, from Creighton University in 2009.

MEDIATION

Nebraska law requires all parents involved in child custody matters to mediate.  Katy Reichert has been approved by the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution to mediate family law matters.

Every family is different.  There is no “one size fits all” solution to custody and parenting time issues.  Katy uses her experience and knowledge as a successful family-law practitioner to help parents reach solutions that fit their family’s individual needs.

As an attorney-mediator, Katy is uniquely able to mediate child support disputes and spousal support issues.  She is also able to assist parties in dividing their marital debts and assets in a divorce case.  These are services that only attorney-mediators can provide.  Mediating such disputes can save you lots of heartache, time, and money.
