Private Practice Ideals:

•The Investment Factor:  Matthew understands one very important ideal in the practice of law; A client will not invest in your services if you will not invest time with your client. Open and clear communication between a lawyer and a client is crucial to achieving those goals, and Matthew ensures that the relationship between he and his clients is always open, clear and honest.

•Trust, Honesty & Sound Advice:  To Matthew, these are more than just a collection of words that look good on a website or business card. These words speak to Matthew's character. You can trust that Matthew will do what he tells you he will do. You can be assured that Matthew will always be honest with you and tell you "no" when "no" is the right answer. You will receive sound advice from Matthew, as he constantly studies the areas of practice in which he focuses.

ediation

Definition
: A settlement of a dispute or conflict by setting up an independent person between two contending parties in order to aid them in the settlement of their dispute.

Lawsuits are expensive and time-consuming ventures.  The vast majority of lawsuits are settled out of court after years of legal proceedings and negotiations between you, your attorney and the "other side".  So, if a settlement is what you want to reach in the first place, then Mediation is the answer.

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution tool Mediation generally allows the disputing parties to resolve their conflicts more quickly and less expensively because a non-biased Mediator is helping them reach a settlement.

Matthew Langhals acts as a Mediator in all kinds of disputes.  Before or after filing a lawsuit, seriously consider contacting the person with which you have a dispute and suggesting Mediation
