Mr. Brown has maintained a diverse and successful business litigation practice for over 28 years, working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to public and private pension funds, private businesses, corporate executives and directors and individuals. The issues he deals with in his practice include contracts, securities, art replevin, employment, fiduciary, partnership, corporate governance and land use.  He holds a certificate for completing an extensive 36-hour mediation training course from Metropolitan Mediation Services and serves as a court appointed mediator in the Massachusetts District Court.  And, as a litigator, he has an in-depth understanding as to how cases are settled and the dynamics that can play out through the mediation process.  His goal is to work collaboratively to bring about a fair resolution. 

Mr. Brown has been associated with a large national law firm and also served as a shareholder for many years in a New England regional law firm.  He now has his own practice, where he focuses on providing strategic litigation advice and services and mediation.
