Phi Delta Phi. Formerly Associated with Vargas & Bartlett, Reno and Las Vegas, 1958-1994. Organizer: Northern Nevada Industrial Gas Users; Northern Nevada Large Power Users; Southern Nevada Large Power Users; Nevada Electric Power Consumers (NEPC), statewide group of large power users formed to present electric industry restructuring issues to the Nevada legislature; Assisted in formation of the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA); Founder of Intermountain Pipeline, Ltd., a project to supply water to Reno's North Valleys.
