Ron Baker serves as Managing Attorney and Lead Mediator. Ron is talented senior-level legal practitioner and engineer with a 15-year track record of successful tactical industry leadership, negotiation, and execution. A graduate of Auburn University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and of Mercer University School of Law who is skilled at leading process change with in operational systems, Ron has demonstrated ability to instill a common vision and develop a dynamic team based on accountability and awareness. Ron has assisted in establishing various Intellectual Property Review Boards for several international corporations such as Honda Motor Corporation and he has prosecuted patent applications to allowance as well as derivative suits against potential infringement. Ron is a combat support veteran, serving in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Angie previously served as an executive for the largest publicly traded healthcare REIT in North America and provided operations and management oversight for a global leader in the commercial real estate services and investments sector. Throughout her career, Angie has represented occupiers across numerous industry sectors and a variety of ownership entities including institutional, private equity and real estate investment trusts.
