On April 30, 1996, the United States Congress enacted Public Law 104-136, designating the Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Youngstown, Ohio. Judge Lambros is the founder and chairman of the board of the Thomas D. Lambros Dispute Management Center, LLC. Recipient: Herbert Harley Award, the highest award given by the American Judicature Society; The Whitney North Seymour, Sr. Arbitration Medal presented by the American Arbitration Association, 1996; National Public Service Award, The Ohio State University School of Public Policy and Management, 1997.
