Thomas C. Marshall is the Managing Partner and Chairs both the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Oil and Gas Practice Group.

Tom is an honors graduate of Temple University and Widener University School of Law. While in law school, Tom served as an editor of the Law Review, the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  He was also a member of the Moot Court Interscholastic Corporate Law Competition team.

Tom serves as counsel to many large and small businesses in matters ranging from contract negotiation and disputes, employment and labor law matters, land use and development approvals, and complex commercial litigation.

Tom serves as General Counsel to Little League Baseball, Incorporated. Tom is currently the solicitor for several public school districts and municipalities.  Tom has over two (2) decades of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters involving matters including construction, energy, land use, contract, labor, warranties and property disputes.

Tom is admitted to practice in both state and federal court and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lycoming Law Association.
