Tina M. Dedrick is a certified mediator in Circuit Civil, County and Family mediation. Mrs. Dedrick is also trained in Elder mediation. She has her Master’s Degree from the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, University of Miami School of Law and whose legal practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, probate, and guardianships. She received her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law, where she was president of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Association and received her certification in IRS VITA for Income Tax Assistance in 2013 and 2015. Mrs. Dedrick received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University, magna cum laude. 
 
Prior to law school she worked in the medical field for thirteen years as a certified medical coder who specialized in physician-based surgical coding and hospital-based abstract coding. 
 
Mrs. Dedrick volunteers her time for small claims mediation at the Lee County Courthouse, Wills for Warriors in Cape Coral and is an active member of Cape Coral Rotary.  She has been resident of Cape Coral since 2017 where she currently lives with her husband.
