We provide mediation and arbitration services for clients in both state and federal courts in an effort to avoid the time and expense of litigation. We understand the importance of pursuing cost-effective alternatives to the courtroom. Our lawyers have successfully mediated—both before and after the commencement of litigation—a variety of disputes and we have delivered numerous million dollar awards for clients using alternative dispute resolution methods. Our alternative dispute resolution scope includes matters of condemnation, general and construction contract, insurance coverage, employment, landlord/tenant, torts (including professional and other negligence), interpolitical subdivision disputes, and trust and estate issues.

We understand that many individual consumers, businesses, governmental organizations, and other entities can benefit from alternative forms of conflict resolution when appropriate. Several of our attorneys are trained, experienced negotiators who are available to serve as neutrals for arbitration and mediation.
