I am a practicing attorney in Essex County, New Jersey with over 25 years of litigation and mediation experience. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Brown University and my law degree  from New York University School of Law. My legal practice is in the area of employment law and litigation, while my mediation practice is exclusively focused on divorce.

If you’re contemplating divorce and feeling overwhelmed by the process, I’m here to help. I understand from personal experience that going through a divorce is a difficult time for both parties, and I bring compassion and heart to that situation. As a mediator, my goal is to help both sides communicate effectively and come to a mutually beneficial agreement without the need for costly and lengthy court battles. With my education, experience and expertise, I am well-equipped to facilitate discussions and help you work through any issues that may arise during the mediation process.

My focus is always on helping you and your spouse find a resolution that works for everyone involved, while minimizing any stress and frustration typically associated with divorce. If you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable mediator who can guide you through the divorce process, look no further. Let’s work together to achieve a peaceful and amicable resolution. Contact me today to learn more about how I can help.

Why Choose Mediation?

There are many benefits to choosing mediation over traditional divorce litigation. Mediation allows for more control over the outcome of your case, as opposed to leaving it up to a judge. It is also typically less expensive and less time-consuming than going through a court battle. Furthermore, mediation can be less stressful and more amicable than going through the adversarial process of a litigated divorce. This is particularly important when children are involved, as mediation can help to minimize conflict and promote healthy co-parenting.
