Phi Delta Phi. His trial successes include a multi-million dollar verdict in the Rehmert v. Tidewater case, which remains one of the highest reported single personal injury verdicts in Ventura County Superior Court. Mr. Yuhl also was lead counsel for the firm's publicized successes in the case of Carasso v. San Diego Transit ($7 million settlement- largest such settlement ever paid by San Diego Transit), Houghton v. Santa Barbara Transportation ($8 million settlement- second largest in Los Angeles Superior Court, San Fernando Branch history) and most recently Peterman v. Panther Crane ($5 million settlement for Mighty Joe Young movie set accident).
