When she is not able to bring about a settlement, Ms. Robe provides effective and capable representation in court.
Throughout the years, Ms. Robe has helped clients deal with the toll that a separation or divorce has on a family from their living situation and custody of their children to their cash flow and property ownership. An experienced mediator, Ms. Robe has mediated scores of cases successfully over the past two decades. Her cases have involved a wide range of clients, including high profile cases. In the process of mediation, Ms. Robe acts as a neutral third party who helps facilitate a mutually acceptable settlement of the issues in dispute. The parties may come alone or accompanied by their attorneys. Mediation offers private and efficient resolution of a case according to the client’s timetable, rather than the court’s. Mediation also provides for rational and peaceful problem solving. The mediation process encourages trust and respect between the parties and promotes resolution of their dispute with minimal conflict. In addition to mediating litigated matters, she has mediated premarital, cohabitation, and postmarital agreements and estate plans as well. She also serves as a consulting attorney to clients going through mediation.
In addition, Ms. Robe is trained in Collaborative Law and offers that option to clients as well.

Professional Qualifications
Since graduating from UCLA Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review, Lynette Berg Robe has gained many years of experience in Family Law. Named a Los Angeles Super Lawyer every year since 2006 and one of the top 50 Women Lawyers in Los Angeles in 2010, Lynette Berg Robe works to improve the practice of Family Law throughout the State. She serves on the Board of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, California Chapter, and the State Board of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists. She has served on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee since 1998 and is currently an officer. She previously served on the Family Law Executive Committee of the State Bar for three years and served as editor of the Family Law News. She serves on the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association Board as well. She has written numerous articles as to Family Law Matters and has been a speaker at a number of Family Law continuing education programs. This professional experience enables her to guide clients through this process in a compassionate and dignified manner.
