Keith is one of Ohio’s best known lawyers, having served as President of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Foundation. He has been listed as one of Ohio’s top 100 attorneys in the annual Ohio SuperLawyer listings, and has been included in every listing of Greater Cleveland’s outstanding lawyers in the yearly Inside Business poll since it began in 2000 besides being listed in Best Lawyers and Chambers USA. Keith’s practice is focused on employment law, business law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a past chair of both the Labor Law Section and the ADR Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association, and presided over the Commercial Arbitration Advisory Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Committed to the community, he has chaired the Salvation Army’s Greater Cleveland Advisory Board, served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, and is past chair of COSE, the Council of Smaller Enterprises. All of this gives him a unique perspective that he puts to use servicing clients and resolving disputes as a neutral.

He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA. He is on the AAA arbitration and mediation panels and is an IMI certified mediator. He is admitted to practice in California and Ohio, and in various federal courts including the Supreme Court.
In addition to private mediation and arbitration, Keith serves as a neutral on the panels of the U.S. District Court and the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
