Ms. Hibbert began her legal career in 1990 in Los Angeles at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, currently the largest law firm in the world devoted exclusively to business litigation and arbitration, where she practiced for over a decade.  She currently serves as of counsel for LeBaron & Jensen, where she consults and advises on a variety of labor and employment, general business, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and personal injury matters.  She works as an administrative law judge and employment discipline hearing officer for West Valley City, as well as a court-rostered mediator.  Her ability to empathize, communicate without bias, and sound judgment is what truly sets her apart from her peers.

Recognizing the depth of her experience in employment law and as an administrative law judge, West Valley City recently contracted with Ms. Hibbert to replace its former Civil Service Commission in determining its most challenging high-profile employment decisions and appeals, particularly those cases involving alleged misconduct by police officers and firefighters.
