Walter Moak – The Arizona Bankruptcy Attorney Believes Debt Is Slavery

I BELIEVE DEBT IS SLAVERY and that people who are in debt are on the road to bondage.  Many people have taken on more debt than they can handle often due to circumstances outside of their own control.  Perhaps they have had an unexpected reduction in their income (job loss, illness, divorce, failed business) and find themselves living in FEAR as they experience that sickening feeling when the phone rings or they hear a knock at the door because they know that debt collectors are calling again and several have already threatened that a lawsuit is coming.  Often they are driven to ANGER and then utter HELPLESSNESS because they cannot see any way out of the overwhelming debt cycle created by the creditors who have the goal of making them debt serfs for life. Clients at The Moak Law Firm are taking action and are making the necessary commitment to end the slavery of debt and are taking control of their financial future by hiring The Moak Law Firm. You too can eliminate most, if not all, of your debts and stop the slavery through bankruptcy or debt negotiation.

The vast majority of American families are hard working and pay their bills. However, a larger than usual number of households are drastically over extended and are buried in debt. For many of us the debt was a consequence of circumstances beyond our control. Despite our best efforts, life can throw us a curve ball...job loss, unexpected medical bills or even soaring tax obligations which we simply are unable to pay. The economy has suffered a significant decline which was due to government representatives and bankers who traded our economic security for political payoffs, power and greed. Some of us simply made mistakes believing that we could use debt to soften the blow from the economy down-turn and make up the shortage in our income when the economy got better. Whatever the circumstances, at The Moak Law Firm, we understand such circumstances and are committed to providing real solutions. It is for this reason, our Arizona bankruptcy attorneys vigorously work with families to provide them with effective legal counsel in resolving their debt issues.
